YIZUMI Participates in RubberTech GBA 2023

On May 18th, YIZUMI Rubber Machinery (RIM) participates in RubberTech GBA 2023 with YL-H300F and YL2-V300L.

YL-H300F is one of YIZUMI’s horizontal models. It has a high-pressure injection system suitable for more complex runners, CRB, thin-walled products, and low-fluidity materials. There is low-resistance mold clamping movement which saves energy at the same time. The high-precision linear guides ensure the platen moves smoothly and agilely without relying on the guidance of tie bars, and the high-rigidity platen guarantees that the thin-walled products are molded with small flash; while the lightweight box-type design of the movable platen with low load movement facilitates molding with precision mold and low energy consumption. The plasticizing proportional back pressure is precisely controlled, and injection and plasticizing unit is horizontally arranged, where thereby no gravity interference to backpressure, as well as easy rubber changing. This model is suitable for molding pure rubber seals and FKM O-rings, and is equipped with the brush system for auto-demoulding requirement.

YL2-V300L adopts a split-type middle mold backward sliding, bottom separator upward ejecting system and auto-truss system to realize automatic de-flashing, which is cost-effective and allows full automation. YIZUMI 3rd generation servo energy-saving technology, through the perfect cooperation of professional software and hardware, saves energy by 30%-60% while YIZUMI’s 4.i system provides a comprehensive intelligent manufacturing solution.
