YL-C50F is a high-end model of YIZUMI C-frame Series. At present, It has made inroads into the Europe market and YIZUMI has been an A Grade supplier to world-renowned auto parts manufacturers. And now, it exhibits at K to demonstrate its cutting-edge technologies and high-efficient, automatic and intelligent performance on the spot.

YL-C50F is mainly used for the profile jointing of AUTO TPE static sealing strips. The machine is made of high-strength alloy steel, and designed with simulation optimization. Its stress concentration is only 440bar and has a smaller amount of deformation in the vertical and horizontal directions, ensuring long-term stable performance of the equipment and production with high precision mold designs.

Compared with counterparts, the floor space is reduced by more than 15%. The layout of the machine is more rational. The screen and operation box can be flexibly switched from the left to the right according to the actual situation of the factory, which is better in line with the IE layout of the factory.

In addition, it adopts the third-generation energy and temperature management system of YIZUMI to help customers save costs and has fully considered the every operation and maintenance detail.

Last but not least, it adopts modular designs, multiple optional injection units, control methods, and part demoulding devices are available to meet the precision molding process of EPDM, TPE, LSR, and other materials. At the same time, the/an ultra-high pressure injection system is available for molding some special products with materials such as FKM and AEM.
