On 20th May, local time, the four-day PLASTPOL 2025 raises the curtain at Targi Kielce Exhibition & Congress Centre in Poland. Colander Molding Solution: UN160A6 Advanced Injection Molding Machine

The next-gen A6 series advanced and intelligent injection molding machine adopts YIZUMI's "IPD 2.0" product development process to comprehensively improve precision molding, energy efficiency, and high-efficiency production. Its intelligent control system is equipped with KEBA controller and supports several communication interfaces, allowing for multi-curve display, energy management, and increased production intelligence.

Furthermore, the machine adopts innovative designs such as parallel electric plasticizing, high-mixing dual-alloy plasticizing components and dual-pressure-center platens, which ensures that the product weight repeatability is up to 2‰, and the mold-opening positioning accuracy is less than 1mm. These features significantly improve the molding precision and stability of product quality. At the same time, its energy-efficient features, such as low-inertia electric pre-plasticizing, new energy-efficient hydraulic system and fully enclosed aerogel insulation device, can reduce energy consumption by more than 12%, helping the enterprises to achieve sustainable development.
