YIZUMI Shines at KOPLAS 2023
On March 14th local time, the 5-day Korea International Plastics & Rubber Show (KOPLAS) is grandly opened at Korea International Exhibition Center. KOPLAS is Korea's representative plastics and rubber industry exhibition, and YIZUMI takes this important chance to make its debut after 4 years with its significant R&D achievements and the latest solution to show its capability to local customers.
The biennial KOPLAS is a professional exhibition with a long history in South Korea. It offers a wide range of eye-catching exhibits, including plastic raw materials, processing equipment, auxiliary equipment, and other automation solutions. Recently, it has provided a great communication platform for top players, small and mid-sized companies, even start-ups in the rubber, plastic and mold industries.
YIZUMI, together with the local agent, is on show with FF240 all-electric piggyback multi-component injection molding machine and tri-color insulated water cup solution. And this is the first time for the machine to demonstrate in South Korea.
At the exhibition, the molding solution for tri-color water cup is displayed by the all-electric piggyback multi-component machine on site. It is equipped with intelligent control systems of mold clamping and injection weight, as well as a 15-inch new design special controller. Also, it adopts the DCPC controlled independent rotary shaft module and flexible electric-driven injection unit. The solution is highly efficient and energy saving. It is a typical application case of tricolor molding solution of YIZUMI. Particularly, the tricolor insulated water cup is formed in one-step molding through in-mold internal welding (IMIW) process, which can help compress manufacturing process, reduce labor costs and improve efficiency.
