PLASTPOL 2023

PLASTPOL is one of the most important fairs in the plastic industry and also the most internationalized event in Poland, where exhibitors showcase their latest achievements including plastics processing technologies and equipment, molds and tools used in the production of plastics, plastics, recycling technologies, and IT systems applied in plastics processing. During the exhibition, academic seminars and meetings will also be held to provide face-to-face learning and exchange opportunities for global experts and visitors.

At booth G-19, YIZUMI produces flower pot and watering can with UN220A5-EU and FF200 injection molding machines. Many visitors are attracted by the machines’ highly efficient and stable performance and come to have an exciting conversation with us on the spot.

UN220A5-EU belongs to the A5-EU series high-end servo injection molding machine of YIZUMI, featuring the advantages of excellent plasticizing effect, low energy consumption, and high stability. The machine’s positioning control accuracy of mold opening & closing can be up to ±0.2mm and its repeatability of product weight can be less than 5‰ under a standard molding condition.

Energy conservation and emission reduction are necessary to achieve green development in the manufacturing industry with the global sustainable development trend. YIZUMI gradually realizes its low carbon and green manufacturing by the transformation of production process flow.

Compared with conventional hydraulic machines, FF series electric injection molding machine can save energy by 30-50%. FF200’s injection speed can be controlled between 160mm/s and 500mm/s, and the accuracy of injection and mold opening & closing reaches 0.05mm, which amaze visitors.
