          The 12th China Die Casting, Squeeze Casting, Semi-Solid Processing Annual Conference (CSDDC), co-hosted by Foundry Institution of Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society, China Society for Technology of Plasticity, CMES, and the China Ordnance Society, is held in Jinan, Shandong, from November 16th to 19th, 2024. YIZUMI is honored to be invited to join this gathering of industry peers to witness and shape the new future of die casting technology together.

          Since its inception in 2001, CSDDC has become an important platform for industry technology exchange and cooperation, witnessing the development of die casting technology across China.           Technology Sharing

          On 18th, Mr. Caihua Wang, a die casting process technology and mold technology expert of YIZUMI Die Casting Machine Division, delivers a wonderful speech titled "The Application of YIZUMI Thixomolding Technology for Aluminum Alloy in NEV" at the semi-solid forming forum on alloys and composite materials.

          At the beginning of his speech, Mr. Wang delves into the core advantages of Thixomolding technology for aluminum alloy and how this technology promotes the lightweight development of the new energy vehicle industry. He pointed out that Thixomolding technology for aluminum alloy, as an innovative breakthrough by YIZUMI in the die casting industry, not only significantly enhances the material's formability but also substantially reduces production costs, providing strong technical support for the lightweight design of new energy vehicles.

          Mr. Wang elaborates on how precise control of the rheological properties of aluminum alloys in the semi-solid state can achieve weldability of products. This technology not only reduces porosity defects and enhances mechanical properties but also extends the mold life and significantly reduces overall manufacturing costs

          And he shares successful case studies of YIZUMI in promoting the practical application of this technology, demonstrating the innovative application outcomes of Thixomolding technology for aluminum alloy in key components of new energy vehicles, such as battery pack housings and structural parts.

          In his speech, Mr. Wang specifically mentions how YIZUMI addresses industry challenges: through continuous investment in research and development, they continuously optimize the Thixomolding process, solving key technical issues such as material flow control, mold design and manufacturing, and automation of the production process.

          In addition, he emphasizes the cooperation between YIZUMI and the upstream and downstream industrial chains. He stated that through joint efforts with partners, YIZUMI is committed to promoting the collaborative development of material, mold technology, and automated production lines, aiming to build a complete ecosystem for the application of Thixomolding technology for aluminum alloy, leading the manufacturing of new energy vehicles to a higher level.
