A Delegation of Diecasting CEO Summit Visits YIZUMI
On November 26th, a delegation from the 4th Diecasting CEO Summit & High-level Forum for the Lightweight Nonferrous Casting visits YIZUMI. Leaders and staff of YIZUMI enthusiastically attend and support this meeting.
The guests are guided on a tour of the YIZUMI i-Factory and the Ultra Large Die Casting Machine Factory, and explore the road connecting advanced casting and digitalization.
At YIZUMI i-Factory, guests have experienced the future direction of equipment manufacturing technologies. The i-Factory is a digital factory built with the concepts of "green manufacturing" and "digital intelligence", with features of high efficiency, flexibility, intelligence, and sustainability.
Furthermore, it achieves full digitalization across all aspects of production management, which allows for accurate handling of production planning, product quality, and equipment operation status, giving the company a brand-new production experience and efficiency.
At YIZUMI Ultra Large Die Casting Machine Factory, guests have viewed the development and transformation to the "era of ultra-large die casting". We have invested in an advanced layout in the factory's height and span. The factory is equipped with 300T cranes, allowing for the assembly of ultra-large die casting machines with locking forces of up to 20,000 tons, promoting YIZUMI to become a leader in the field of "ultra-large integrated die casting".
Later, the guests also have had a close look at the 9000T and the 7000T die casting cells of YIZUMI's new LEAP series ultra-large die casting machine and felt the robust manufacturing capabilities of our LEAP and HⅡ series machine production lines.
The die casting cell of LEAP9000 ultra large die casting machine has a maximum locking force of up to 100,000kN. It integrates advanced technologies, such as the new injection system and control system, with higher performance and a wider range of applications, fully meeting the most demanding needs of ultra large integrated die-casting structural parts for global new energy vehicles.
During their visit, guests arrive at the YIZUMI Research Center for Die Casting and Metal Molding, which is now under construction and has been thoroughly enhanced from our Product and Process Application Center (PPAC). The new research center will be equipped with LEAP series 840, 1800, and 3500 ton die-casting units, and Mg-Thixomolding machines, providing customers with one-stop services in new materials, processes, applications, and turnkey solutions for aluminum and magnesium alloy molding.
In the future, we will continue to adhere to our tagline "Think Tech Forward" and strengthen our collaboration with industry leaders and associations, jointly explore new areas and possibilities for new materials, technologies and processes, and make larger contributions to the prosperity and development of the die casting industry.
