The board of director (the "Board") is pleased to announce that the English and Chinese name of the company have been changed. The English name of the YIZUMI (the "Company") which is changed from "Guangdong Yizumi Precision Machinery Co., Ltd." to "Yizumi Holdings Co., Ltd.", and the Chinese name of the Company which is changed from "廣東伊之密精密機(jī)械股份有限公司" to "伊之密股份有限公司".

The board of director (the "Board") is pleased to announce that the English and Chinese name of the company have been changed. The English name of the YIZUMI (the "Company") which is changed from "Guangdong Yizumi Precision Machinery Co., Ltd." to "Yizumi Holdings Co., Ltd.", and the Chinese name of the Company which is changed from "廣東伊之密精密機(jī)械股份有限公司" to "伊之密股份有限公司".
The certificate of change of Company name has been issued by the "State Administration for Market Regulation" on Nov 16th and the Company has changed the seal for the record on Nov 18th.
EFFECT ON CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME
The Change of Company Name does not affect any rights of the existing holders of securities of the Company. All the existing certificates of securities in issue bearing the former name of the Company will continue to be evidence of title to such securities and the existing certificates of securities will continue to be valid for trading, settlement, registration and delivery purposes. There will not be any arrangement for exchange of the existing certificates of securities for new certificates bearing the new name of the Company. New certificates of securities of the Company will be issued only in the new name of the Company.
Besides, the unified social credit code, business address, bank account, bank account number, etc. of the Company have not been changed.
In addition to the above, the former seal will no longer available. Please note that Company will only use the changed name for whole business after the Change of Company name.
REASONS FOR THE CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME
The board considers that the Change of Company Name can more accurately cooperate the strategic development plan. The Board is of the opinion that the Change of Company Name will benefit the Company's future business development and is in the best interests of the Company and the Shareholders as a whole.
