After the Spring Festival holiday, more than 70 workers are busily and orderly engaged in production in the workshop of YIZUMI injection molding machine assembly line in Shunde. How long does it take to assemble an injection molding machine? Here, we can find new answers. From the injection molding frame moving, wiring of lubrication pump, to the installation and carrying of sheet metal for the whole machine, an injection molding machine only takes 18 minutes to complete the installation.

It is said that YIZUMI uses assembly lines to improve assembly efficiency. At present, the production capacity of the workshop has increased by 47% and assembly efficiency by 28% than the original. The number of work stations has increased from 12 to 17, and the highest capacity can achieve 40 sets per day.

In addition, YIZUMI actively promotes digital transformation and upgrading, establishes a perfect marketing management and warehouse digital management system, further improves the level of digital information, promotes enterprise transformation and upgrading, and strives to achieve the annual growth goal of 20% this year. James Zhang, Deputy Managing Director of Group & General Manager of Injection Molding Machine Division, said that this year YIZUMI will continue to develop new products to better meet the needs of downstream customers, while further optimizing lean production management, especially to improve production efficiency and ensure on-time delivery through digital management. At the same time, YIZUMI will continue to introduce high-end talents to enhance the innovation ability.
